From entry to payment

Entry

The attendant records the plate and vehicle type on the handheld. The system stamps the entry time.

Ticket

The handheld prints the receipt with its QR code right there in the lane, without walking back to a booth.

Exit

The ticket QR is scanned. The system retrieves the entry and calculates elapsed time.

Payment

The amount is shown according to the configured tariff and the full movement is recorded.

Why a handheld

Where the car is, not where the desk is

A 300-space facility with two entrances is not run the same way as a twenty-space one.

In facilities with several entrances, ramps or levels, making the attendant walk to a computer costs minutes per vehicle and creates queues at the gate.

Hardware and deployment

It runs on rugged Android handhelds with a built-in thermal printer. The ticket is generated inside the device, so the QR code does not depend on internet or an external service.

The database sits on the facility's own server or in the cloud, whichever the operator prefers.

The attendant walks to a fixed post for every vehicle. Tickets are handwritten, charging depends on whoever is on shift, and the history only exists if someone typed it in later.

The checkpoint that moves with the operator

Not every access point justifies a column anchored to the floor. In a parking facility with several ramps, or an industrial park with scattered warehouses, control has to go where the people are.

The handheld identifies just like a fixed unit: face, ID card and QR code. It records entry or exit against the same database, so the history does not distinguish between what was read at the turnstile and what was read out on site.

Where it is used

Parking facilities

Several ramps and levels, without a booth at every entrance.

Industrial parks

Warehouses and work fronts scattered across the site.

Schools

Student entry and exit, and above all child pickup: whoever collects presents their ID and the system confirms they are authorized for that child.

Construction sites

Contractors per work front. If the authorization has expired, they do not get in —even with the badge still in their pocket.

Guard rounds

The guard marks the round point by point, leaving proof that it was done.

Evacuation

In an emergency it answers the only question that matters: who is inside right now.

Events and assemblies

Attendee check-in by QR or ID at the door, with no queues and no paper list. At closing there is an exact count of who came in.

Parking validator

The lane that runs itself

A validator in the lane does what until now required an attendant at every entrance: it reads the ticket, validates the card and opens, with voice guiding the driver from the 21-inch screen.

And it does not work alone: it connects to ultra-fast plate readers, so the vehicle is identified before it has fully stopped.
