The alarm runs on the network you already have
Industrial parks and residential communities already have a data network running across the whole site. An IP alarm uses it: no dedicated cabling, no civil works and none of the distance limits of a conventional panel.
In a conventional alarm, cable is half the budget
Every sensor has to reach the central panel on its own cable. In a small building that is manageable; in an industrial park with separate warehouses, or a community of five buildings, it means conduit, breaking floors and weeks of work.
The IP alarm uses the same network that already connects the cameras, the turnstiles and the offices. Where there is a network point, there is an alarm point.

Zones, schedules and accountability

Coverage is limited by cable distance. Extending a zone means opening the floor, and every new building or warehouse ends up with its own panel and its own keypad.

Independent zones
Each warehouse, building, plant room or store is its own zone: armed and disarmed separately, without leaving the rest of the site unprotected.
Scheduled arming
Zones arm themselves at closing time and disarm at opening. Anything outside those hours raises an event, even if nobody remembered to arm it.
Alerts with context
The alert says which zone, at what time and who had access at that moment — not just that «the alarm went off».
Video verification: fewer false alarms
The real problem with alarms is not that they fail to sound: it is that they sound so often for no reason that people stop responding. A cat, a branch, a door left ajar.
When alarm and CCTV are the same system, the event carries that zone's camera: whoever receives the alert sees what triggered it before sending anyone.
